Estimated Annual Salary
Monthly Salary: ¥250,000 – ¥500,000+ full overtime pay + 2 bonuses (approx. 4 months’ worth last year) + various allowances.
Salary based on age, experience, and ability.
Annual raise: Once a year (July)
※ Salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and age.
Annual Salary Examples:
3rd Year: ¥3.5M – ¥5.0M
5th Year: ¥4.5M – ¥7.0M
10th Year: ¥8.0M – ¥10.0M
Working Hour
9:00-18:00 (1h break) + Up to 10-20 hours over time when approved.

Job Description
You will be responsible for designing and developing system specifications based on client requirements through detailed consultations.
In contract-based development, you will work at our in-house development center, while for on-site or dispatch-based projects, you will be stationed at client locations to handle system design, programming, and implementation tasks.
Assignments will be determined by taking into account your skills, experience, career goals, and preferred working style.
Regardless of location, our teams provide a cooperative, supportive environment where engineers can easily exchange ideas and grow together.
Main Development Areas
AI-related systems, logistics systems, and production management systems
New website and web system development
Business application development (ERP, SCM, PDM, etc.)
Client-server application development
Smartphone and tablet app development (iOS, iPadOS, Android)
Deep learning and educational support systems
E-commerce and portal site development
Required Skills & Experience
[MUST]
Minimum 3 years of experience in software or system development
Preferred Skills & Experience
[WANT]
Experience in the full software development lifecycle (requirements definition, design, implementation, testing)
Project management experience
Experience with servers, networks, middleware, or databases
Possession of IT-related certifications (e.g. Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Examination)
