Estimated Annual Salary
Monthly Salary: ¥270,000 – ¥600,000+ full overtime pay + 2 bonuses (approx. 4 months’ worth last year) + various allowances.
Salary based on age, experience, and ability.
Annual raise: Once a year (July).

Annual Salary Examples:
Age 30 – ¥5,000,000 (Sub-leader, 3rd year)
Age 34 – ¥6,000,000 (Leader, 3rd year)
Age 40 – ¥8,000,000 (Manager, 9th year)
Age 50s – Up to ¥10,000,000 (depending on projects)
Age 60s – Up to ¥8,000,000 (depending on projects)
Working Hour
9:00-18:00 (1h break) + Up to 10-20 hours over time when approved.

Job Description
We are seeking experienced Senior Software Developers to take the lead in the design, development, and implementation of systems that meet a wide range of client needs.
You will be responsible for full-cycle software development — from requirement analysis and system design to programming and testing — either within our in-house development centers or at client sites.
Assignments will be determined according to your skills, experience, and career aspirations. Our engineers work in collaborative teams with access to extensive professional support and resources.
Main Development Projects
AI-related, logistics, and production management systems
New website and client-server (C/S) application development
Business application systems such as ERP, SCM, and PDM
Mobile and tablet applications (iOS, iPadOS, Android)
Deep learning and educational system development
E-commerce and portal site development

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software or system development
Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience in requirement definition, system design, detailed design, coding, and testing
Experience as a Technical Lead or Project Manager
Experience working with servers, networks, middleware, and databases
Possession of relevant IT certifications (e.g., Fundamental Information Technology Engineer)
