Employment will be in one of the following forms:
Work at our in-house development center (contract-based development)
Work at a client company (on-site contracted project or staff dispatch contract)
Estimated annual salary
Monthly salary: ¥220,000–¥350,000 + full overtime pay + 2 bonuses (approx. 4 months’ worth last year) + various allowances.
Salary based on age, experience, and ability.
Annual raise: Once a year (July).
Working Hour
9:00-18:00 (1h break) + Up to 10-20 hours over time when approved.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Design and develop software systems based on client requirements.
Engage in the planning, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of web applications, business systems, and other software solutions.
Assignments will be determined based on skills, experience, career goals, and workstyle preferences.
Collaborate with fellow engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient project outcomes.
Main Project Examples
Development of AI-related systems, logistics systems, and production management systems
Web system construction and client-server application development
Business application development (ERP, SCM, PDM, etc.)
Smartphone and tablet application development (iOS, iPadOS, Android)
Deep Learning and educational system development
E-commerce and portal site development

Required Skills & Experience
[MUST]
At least 6 months of experience as an IT software engineer
[WANT]
Experience in any kind of system development
Experience with servers, networks, middleware, or databases
Possession of IT-related certifications (e.g., Basic Information Technology Engineer Exam)
