Employment Type
Full-time, permanent employee (no fixed employment term)
Employment will be in one of the following forms:
Work at our in-house development center (contract-based development)
Work at a client company (on-site contracted project or staff dispatch contract)
Estimated annual salary
Monthly salary: ¥250,000–¥500,000 + full overtime pay + 2 bonuses (approx. 4 months’ worth last year) + various allowances.
Salary based on age, experience, and ability.
Annual raise: Once a year (July).
Working Hour
9:00-18:00 (1h break) + Up to 10-20 hours over time when approved.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Design and build server and network infrastructure.
Plan, design, and construct IT infrastructure environments tailored to client requirements — working with a wide range of technologies.
Assignment will be based on skills, experience, career goals, and workstyle preferences.
Main Project Examples:
Cloud platform construction (AWS, Azure)
Network design and server virtualization for finance, manufacturing, and medical institutions
System operation, maintenance, and technical support
Data analysis and environment setup in public cloud environments
Scope of Work Changes: May vary according to company assignment.
Required Skills & Experience
[MUST]
At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure system design and construction.
Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience in design, construction, testing, operation, and maintenance.
Experience in project management.
Experience in cloud system construction.
Experience in system or application development.
Possession of IT-related qualifications (e.g., Fundamental Information Technology Engineer).
