Job Description 

[Responsibilities]

  • Design and build server and network infrastructures.

  • Primarily work at client companies, planning, designing, and constructing IT infrastructures to realize clients’ business goals. This position offers opportunities to engage in a wide range of technical fields.

  • Assignment will be determined based on skills, experience, career aspirations, and preferred work style.

  • Each assignment site has fellow TechnoPro engineers, providing a supportive environment where you can consult and collaborate anytime.

  • Cloud platform construction (AWS, Azure)

  • Network design and server virtualization for financial, manufacturing, and medical institutions

  • System operation, maintenance, and technical support

  • Data analysis and environment setup on public cloud platforms

Required Skills & Experience

[MUST]

  • At least 3 years of experience in building infrastructure systems

  • Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 or higher

  • Applications from overseas residents are also welcome.

Preferred Skills & Experience

[WANT]

  • Ability to read, write, and converse smoothly in Japanese

  • Experience in design, construction, testing, operation, or maintenance of IT systems

  • Experience in project management

  • Experience in cloud system architecture or deployment

  • Experience in system or application development

  • Possession of IT-related certifications (e.g., Information Technology Engineer Examination)

Estimated annual salary

¥4,000,000 – ¥10,000,000 annually (depending on skills, experience, age and assignment)

Compensation

  • Monthly salary: ¥250,000 – ¥500,000, plus full overtime pay, two annual bonuses (equivalent to approximately 4.0 months’ salary in the previous fiscal year), and various allowances.

  • Salary will be determined based on age, experience, and ability.

  • Salary increase: Once a year (July)

Bonus

Twice a year, with potential for additional performance-based bonuses.
