Job Description
Conduct client hearings and develop system specifications optimized to meet their requirements.
For contract development, work will be carried out at our in-house development centers; for onsite/dispatch development, work will be conducted at client development sites, handling tasks such as system design and programming. In some cases, you may also be involved in offshore development projects.
Assignment will be determined based on your skills, experience, career plans, and work style preferences. Regardless of the assignment, you will always have colleagues from our client company available for consultation and support.

Development of AI-related systems, logistics systems, and production management systems
New website construction, development of client/server applications
Business application development (ERP, SCM, PDM, etc.)
Smartphone and tablet application development (iOS, iPadOS, Android)
Deep Learning and learning environment system design and development
E-commerce and portal site development
Required Skills
<MUST>
Minimum 3 years of system development experience
Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 or higher
Open to overseas residents
<PREFERRED>
Ability to read and write documentation in Japanese and communicate smoothly in Japanese
Experience in requirements definition, basic design, detailed design, development, and testing
Project management experience
Business experience in servers, networks, middleware, or databases
Possession of IT-related certifications (e.g., Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Examination)
