Employment Type
Full-time, permanent employee (no fixed employment term)
Employment will be in one of the following forms:
Work at our in-house development center (contract-based development)
Work at a client company (on-site contracted project or staff dispatch contract)
Estimated annual salary
Monthly salary: ¥250,000–¥500,000 + full overtime pay + 2 bonuses (approx. 4 months’ worth last year) + various allowances.
Salary based on age, experience, and ability.
Annual raise: Once a year (July).
Working Hour
9:00-18:00 (1h break) + Up to 10-20 hours over time when approved.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Conduct client interviews and develop systems designed to meet their specific requirements.
Take charge of system design and programming either at our in-house development center (for contract-based projects) or at client project sites (for onsite or dispatch-based development).
Depending on your background, you may also be assigned roles involving offshore development.
Assignment will be determined based on your skills, experience, career goals, and preferred work style.
Main Project Examples:
Development of AI-related systems, logistics systems, and production management systems
New website construction, development of client/server applications
Business application development (ERP, SCM, PDM, etc.)
Smartphone and tablet application development (iOS, iPadOS, Android)
Deep Learning and learning environment system design and development
E-commerce and portal site development
Required Skills & Experience
[MUST]
Minimum 3 years of system development experience
Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 or higher
Open to overseas residents
Preferred Skills & Experience
[WANT]
Ability to read and write documentation in Japanese and communicate smoothly in Japanese
Experience in requirements definition, basic design, detailed design, development, and testing
Project management experience
Business experience in servers, networks, middleware, or databases
Possession of IT-related certifications (e.g., Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Examination)
