Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Web Director to lead and manage the expansion of our member-based web service platform for a well-known leading Japanese gaming company. You will oversee the planning, development, and operation of online and mobile-based membership services, including paid subscription and one-time payment content.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with planning, engineering, and design teams to enhance customer experience and drive digital growth.
Main Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and operate membership-based web and app services.
Manage the development and operation of monthly subscription content and pay-per-use content.
Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement and satisfaction.
Create and manage specifications for app and web features.
Develop and operate corporate customer-oriented services.
Lead a project team (approximately 5–10 members, including planners, directors, engineers, and designers).
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with membership-based web services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Strong interest in fan/member-oriented digital services.
Preferred Skills
Experience in web or app production.
Experience with B2B (corporate client) service development.
Interest in games, entertainment, or character-based IP.
Ability to use design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, or Figma.
Experience with Web Analytics.
