Job Description

Overview

We are seeking motivated IT professionals to join our infrastructure operations and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stable operation of clients’ IT systems and networks. Your primary focus will be on system monitoring, incident response, maintenance, performance optimization, and security management.
This position is ideal for those who wish to strengthen their technical foundation and grow toward infrastructure or development engineering roles.

Responsibilities

Main Duties:

  • Monitor system and network performance to ensure stable operations

  • Handle incident response, troubleshooting, and issue escalation

  • Perform regular maintenance, updates, and system tuning

  • Manage logs, analyze performance data, and apply necessary improvements

  • Support helpdesk operations and provide technical user assistance

  • Maintain documentation and reports related to system operations

Main Project Examples:

  • Enterprise system and application operation support

  • Corporate infrastructure helpdesk and network monitoring

  • Website and database operation and maintenance

  • Data migration and server deployment services

  • Technical support for hardware/software products

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience [MUST]

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in IT operations, maintenance, or related technical support

Preferred Skills & Experience [WANT]

  • Experience in system or network administration

  • Knowledge of system development or infrastructure setup

  • Holding or pursuing IT certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, or Fundamental Information Technology Engineer

  • Career aspiration to become a system or infrastructure engineer

Education

Employment Type

Full-time, permanent employee (no fixed employment term)
Employment will be in one of the following forms:

  1. Work at our in-house development center (contract-based development)

  2. Work at a client company (on-site contracted project or staff dispatch contract)

Working Hours

  • 9:00 – 18:00 (1-hour break from 12:00 to 13:00)

Age Requirement

Up to 35 years old.


Salary

  • Monthly Salary: ¥215,000 – ¥300,000
    (Includes full overtime pay and twice-yearly bonuses — approx. 4.0 months’ worth in the previous year)

  • Salary increase: Once per year (July)

Annual Salary Examples:

  • 30 years old: ¥5,000,000 (Sub-Leader, 3rd year)

  • 34 years old: ¥6,000,000 (Leader, 3rd year)

  • 40 years old: ¥8,000,000 (Manager, 9th year)

  • 50s: up to ¥10,000,000 depending on project
