Job Description          Interview clients and develop systems with specifications that best fit their requirements.

For contract development, you will be in charge of system design and programming at our in-house development center, and for in-house contract/dispatch development, you will be

in charge of system development at the client company's development site. You may also be asked to take on other roles in offshore development.

*Assignment will be determined based on your skills and experience, future career goals, and desired work style.

[Major development cases]

・Development of AI-related systems, logistics systems, and production management systems ・Development of new websites, C/S applications, etc.

・Business application development (ERP, SCM, PDM, etc.) ・Smartphone and tablet app development (iOS, iPadOS, Android)

・Deep learning, learning environment system design and development ・Development of EC sites and portal sites, etc.

Required Skills          - 3 years or more of experience in system development

- Japanese language proficiency of N2 or higher on the Japanese Language Proficiency Test.

Also people living overseas can apply.

・Experience in requirements definition, basic design, detailed design, development, and testing

Salary Monthly salary of 250,000 to 500,000 yen + full overtime pay + two bonuses (approximately 4.0 months' worth of the previous year)

+ various allowances *Preferential treatment will be given based on age, experience, and ability.

・Salary increase: once a year (July) 3 million yen to 6 million yen

Bonus: Twice a year *Other closing bonuses may be paid

Working Hour             9:00-18:00 *8 hours working, break: 12:00-13:00 ・Overtime work available (average 11.4 hours)

Holidays ・2 days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays *May work on Saturdays during weeks with holidays)

・Year-end and New Year holidays, paid holidays (recommended days to take leave in the summer)
