Job Description Support center operations (secondary response)
・ Operational and maintenance work at the support center that protects the infrastructure environment of end users (approximately 150 companies)
・ Responding to inquiries via email or telephone - Primary isolation (including remote investigation), escalation to back-up support
・ Secondary response (remote status confirmation, log collection, temporary recovery support)
・ Coordination with maintenance vendors
・ Explaining the situation and response policy to end users
* Most communication with customers and vendors is via email.
* Maintenance vendors are provided for each product, so advanced technical skills are not required.
Required Skills ・Experience in a BtoC support center (SV experience, etc.)
・Ability to write general business emails/answer phone calls
・Continually considering obtaining IT-related qualifications
・Ability to communicate smoothly with customers and team members

Estimated annual salary 3.5 million JPY - 6 million JPY
Working Hour 9:00 -18:00
Others 10 hours/month - 30 horus/month overtime may be expected.
