Job Description       CMOS image sensor product and system development

・CMOS image sensor (2D, 3D sensor) process and pixel development...Device to realize high performance image sensor, pixel design by optical simulation

・Process development management in cooperation with manufacturing contractors

・CMOS image sensor mounting technology development...Development of image sensor PKG structure, and process development management for assembly contractors

Required Skills ・Experience in analog circuit design

・Experience in electronic component chip design

・Experience in image sensor device development (device/optical simulation)

・Experience in semiconductor process technology

・Experience in semiconductor product implementation and PKG development

Focus Area              Image sensors and image processing LSIs

Estimated annual salary  4 million to 7 million JPY

Working Hour            8:30 ～17:00 (prescribed working hours: 7 hours 45 minutes)

Others                   - 20 hours/month overtime may be expected.
