Job Description       Design, development and commercialization of filters

・Process development for production

・Development of electrode materials and dielectric materials (film formation: sputtering, deposition, CVD; processing: dry etching, wet etching, CMP)

・Development of miniaturized packaging methods (mainly space formation, terminal formation)

・Development of photolithography methods (equipment: i-line stepper, KrF stepper; materials: resist, developer, stripper)

Required Skills        <MUST>

・Experience in device design or process development

・Experience in new product development or mass production

<WANT>

・Knowledge of semiconductor processes

・Knowledge and measurement techniques for high-frequency components

・Ability to read and write documents in English

Focus Area              Device

Estimated annual salary  5 million to 7 million JPY

Working Hour            8:30 ～17:00

Others                   - 20 hours/month overtime may be expected.
